"Galeb i ja" is an officially approved boat manufacturer also producing a range of fibreglass products which are built in ships and machinery. The company is owned by Saša Tare and was founded in 2005.

Inspired by the shape and hull form of a very popular boat "Galeb 6,75", the family made a prototype of the boat - Gull 745 - in 2006 based on many years of practical and theoretical experience, independent carrying out all manufacturing operations in building fibreglass boats, modelling, mould making and assembling all equipment. That year marked the start of the commercial production of the "Gull 745".

In addition to having an extremely functional interior, the "Gull 745" is used for various purposes (sports activities, entertainment, fishing, family and nautical tourism or any combination of these), a hull form has been developed resulting in a semi-displacement performance, excellent maritime abilities and great stability. The option of engines of various power capacities enables cruising speeds of up to 10-20 knots.

Since our new company "GaVia" d.o.o. took over the rights from "Arausa-FCI"d.o.o. to mould and construct the "Novi Galeb 6,75" due to the poor condition of the mould we have not continued boat production but have redesigned a new superstructure and interior in fibreglass, modelled them and created moulds.

Significant changes have been made and the boat has been certified by the Croatian Register of Shipping as a new prototype named "Gull 715 / Novi Galeb 6,75", a semidisplacement boat for sport and entertainment, personal and business purposes.

The shipbuilder is "GaVia" d.o.o. and the boat is produced by "Galeb i Ja"
