| Zanzini d.o.o. is the successor of the "Zanatski
kombinat "(The Craftsmen's Conglomerate) from Vodice established in
1945. The conglomerate was established by the Bator and Ivas brothers in
cooperation with other craftsmen from Vodice, led by the cooper Joso Zanze
who became the first manager of the conglomerate. During its long history,
the company underwent several mergers and terminations; some of the craft
were abandoned and new introduced. In the 1960's the group of craftsmen
decided to change their business activities to a motor-car repair shop and
the company changed its name to "Autoremont" with about 280-300
employees. By the end of the 1980' the coopers' and the cartwrights' workshops
had been replaced by fibreglass production facilities. At first, the company
focused on car parts production but later started to purchase the boat models
LASTA, GALEB 6.75 and PILOTINA 8.80 from sea and boat lovers.
The company took over the boat models Lasta 4,88 K and Galeb SUPER 6,75
in two variants (R-type for fishing and T-type for tourism) as well as
the model Pilotina 8,80 which was manufactured in the company under the
name of ARAUSA 29, also in two variants (R-type for fishing and T-type
for tourism). In the past two years the company has operated independently
and has proved itself, after 25 years of work, on the market with our
new boat ARAUSA 25 which was awarded the "Golden Sail" at the
NAUTICA Fair 2006 in Rijeka. The ARAUSA 25 is produced in three variants
as is customary with all other round stern boats: pasara boat, tourist
and fishing type boats. All our boats are equipped according to the requests
and wishes of our customers.
