Arba Nautika was founded in 2010 as a company specialised in the manufacture of vessels and products from plastic. The whole enterprise has been taken over from Vemax Nautika which has, in addition, yielded its products together with its ten-year-long tradition in the industry.

The company headquarters, sales and manufacture are located in Zagreb, however at different addresses. The first is to be contacted at Hinka Wuertha 16 whereas the later two are to be found in Radnička cesta 222.

ARBA 500 is a pasara (a traditional Croatian half-decked boat), intended primarily for coastal navigation and sport fishing. Due to its steadiness and stability, ARBA 500 is a reliable vessel even at longer distances while its semi-displacement hull ensures steady speed even with a weaker engine. Its lavish basic equipment provides a comfortable navigation for the maximum of five persons. Suggested engine power is to vary between 10 and 40 hp.

The technologically modified hull, when combined with the strongest recommended engine, is to maintain the speed at some 20 miles. However, it is strongly advised to maintain the cruising speed at 16 miles, when ARBA 500 is to show its best performance. This vessel has been exhibited at almost all major nautical fairs during the past several years, including the ones held in Rijeka, Biograd, Zagreb and Šibenik.

Storage areas, which also serve as seats, are located on both sides of the stern and can be locked. They can accommodate essential navigational equipment, accumulator and petrol reservoirs. The sleeping area for two persons is situated in the cabin, whereas the additional upholstered board provides an extra sleeping area for the third passenger. Three large storage areas for extra clothing and tools are to be found in the cabin, as well. Four fixed windows provide sufficient light while two stainless steel windows can be opened for cabin airing. This vessel is convenient not only for beginners, but also for families undertaking excursions and sport fishermen, is planned for 2011.
