The owner of the company, Mr. Željko Lilić, inherited the family shipbuilding workshop from his father. His father, Josip, was well-known for his shipbuilding skills and exceptional workmanship, so his son Željko decided to continue with the family tradition of shipbuilding but also to expand the production programme to larger boats of up to 15m length.

Until recently mostly fishing boats were produced in the company's shipbuilding workshop but also some other types of boats for various purposes were made on request.

All boats are made of high-quality materials, mostly oak, but customers may also select the wood they prefer.

The latest product of the company is a semi-displacement boat up to 5m length in two variants (with or without a cabin).
