| Donat Boats d.o.o. (Ltd.) was founded in 1987
having Tankerkomerc Holdings as its majority shareholder. The main strength
of our shipyard are our employees - twenty four young experts of various
backgrounds, with an average age of 34, willing to progress and seeking
professional development.
During 2005, due to an increase in demand and, thus, the production of
vessels, we moved to new headquarters and a state-of-the-art production
facility at Gaženička bb in Zadar. Currently, annual production capacity
of our shipyard is 35 vessels.
FILO boats are made of PE-HD (polyethylene), an innovation in boat production
materials, which also represents a similar uniqueness to the Croatian
shipbuilding tradition. The vessels demand minimum maintenance and have
excellent mechanical damage resistance as well as immense buoyancy, which
are just some of excellent characteristics of FILO boats. Used either
for fishing, big game fishing and diving excursions or as work boats at
fish farms, FILO boats prove themselves to be an excellent choice for
all working conditions.
