The shipyard's floating dock has a loading capacity of 1,500 tons and its synchrolift's capacity is 900 tons.

Its piers are 350 m long and are equipped with the state-of-the-art cranes. The shipyard waters cover 68,000 m2 and the company also manages the waters of the Anchorage 2 which is currently under reconstruction. The piers and infrastructure are being prepared to accommodate different sizes of vessels including mega yachts.

The activities of the shipyard are further supported by 3 tugboats, 2 mobile cranes, several forklifts and various other means of transport.
Numerous workshops (electric and electronic, engineering, engine testing, mechanical, joinery, pipe, foundry, galvanic, rubber and gasket, carpentry, GRP, fairing and painting) are situated in a covered area of 45,000 m2 and are equipped with a total of 48 gantries installed in every shed. All shipbuilding activities are performed in the large shed (62m x 26m x 19m) divided into two separate areas.

The company offers a wide range of services completely relying on its 300 employees, all of them fully trained and highly skilled workers, while our Superyacht Division is equipped and manned for any type of repair and the maintenance of all types of yachts. The repair yard produces two types of small motor boats; a semi-opened Pasara 435 which can accommodate 4 persons, and a somewhat smaller boat, Gugi, for 2 persons.
The company also owns the moulds for several pasara boat types and plans the production of up to one hundred boats. NCP-RB Šibenik has also bought the design and moulds for the production of a 54' motor yacht, whose prototype will be completed in several months including a hardtop version with topline equipment. The company plans an annual production of five such yachts. NCP also has the blueprints for a 36' motor boat as well as the hull mould and plans the production of three versions of this boat: a flybridge cruiser, an open fishing boat and a classic picnic boat. The company is also considering the idea of commencing the production of yachts up to 21m length.

NCP-RB Šibenik also plans to include boat trailers into its production programme and already produces the concrete pontoon systems for construction of marinas and ports used for nautical tourism.

NCP-RB Šibenik is authorised to provide the maintenance for various types of engines such as MTU,Yanmar, Caterpilar, Volvo-penta,Mercruser and other types of engines and gas turbines as well as Bosch fuel injection pumps.
